Inwi is one of the leading telecoms operators in the Maroccan market with a workforce of 1,132 people and 11.04 million mobile customers (25.63% of market share).
Inwi was looking for a partner who could understand their strategic vision and support them in implementing their digital roll-out.
Thanks to its references in this sector – among which figure Numéricable, SFR and Bouygues Telecom – , Aliznet was selected to support Inwi in this digital transformation, with, notably, the set-up of Iwwi’s e-boutique. Over and above the purely digital aspect, however, and in keeping with Inwi’s development strategy, Aliznet’s teams were able to include in their method a support mechanism based on referencing, merchandising and customer loyalty programs.
Very quickly Inwi’s e-boutique began to enjoy a resounding success, thanks to its comprehensive offer including mobiles, landlines and Internet for both private individuals. The operator’s customers may now, for example, consult their account record and track usage in ‘Customer Corner’. Building on this success, and having won more market share, the Maroccan telecoms operator has opted to continue its partnership with Aliznet on other transformation projects.
